Practice
Deliberate practice organised by phenomenon × facet. Each facet is one of the seven evidence axes of mastery; you practise a phenomenon along each axis independently, not as a single quiz score.
Deliberate practice, not a test. Items are organised by target (phenomenon or defence) and by evidence axis. Nothing here is scored, graded or recorded — you weigh the prompt, then reveal the worked phenomenological reasoning. Fictional teaching material.

Recognition 205 items
Cognitive operation: RECOGNIZE
Naming which phenomenon a described presentation belongs to — the entry-level move from an observation/report to the correct descriptive category, without yet inferring a diagnosis.
Description 205 items
Cognitive operation: GENERALIZE
Explaining the phenomenon in its own terms — what it is, why it looks as it does, and why the surface appearance can arise from different underlying processes; description before explanation.
Elicitation 205 items
Cognitive operation: ELICIT
Knowing how to draw the phenomenon out at interview — the open, clarifying and verifying questions that establish it without leading, and the questions to avoid.
Discrimination 185 items
Cognitive operation: DISTINGUISH
Separating the phenomenon from the ones it is most often confused with — identifying the single feature or question that most efficiently distinguishes them.
Application 205 items
Cognitive operation: SEQUENCE A CLINICAL ENQUIRY
Using the phenomenon correctly inside a realistic clinical context — applying the concept to a presentation, sequencing enquiry, and reasoning about what the finding does and does not license.
Documentation via other modules
Cognitive operation: DOCUMENT
There are no governed recognise/explain/elicit/discriminate/apply items for the Documentation axis. Documentation is trained and evaluated by the MSE Builder (S5) and MSE Quality Checker (S6), not by a practice-item bank. The Practice engine surfaces this axis as a cross-link to those modules and never fabricates practice items for it.
Integration via other modules
Cognitive operation: SYNTHESIZE
There are no governed practice items for the Integration axis. Integration is trained by the Case Lab (S9) and OSCE Lab (S10) through staged whole-encounter work. The Practice engine surfaces this axis as a cross-link to those modules and never fabricates practice items for it.
